Hollywood & Main II is a community of new three-story townhomes by Deluxeton Homes in the Riverside neighborhood of Atlanta's Upper Westside, close to the Chattahoochee River, Westside Park and I-285.
This was my second purchase in the community for an investor client, at $495,000. I found the tenant too: the rental listing was up for just three days before we had an applicant with a credit score above 800, and the lease started on the day the new home closed. The owner had rent from day one.
New lots in the community are available now, with a builder leaseback.
