Soleil Summit Chase is a 55+ community by Patrick Malloy Communities in Snellville, planned for about 265 homes. The clubhouse has a demonstration kitchen, a fitness center and game rooms, and outside there are a pool with a cabana, a pickleball court, a fire pit, a dog park and walking trails. The HOA takes care of landscaping and gate security.

The buyers chose a new single-family home with an open great room, a large kitchen island, wide sliding doors to a covered porch and a primary suite on the main level.

I represented the buyers through the builder's contract, options and closing, which took place in April 2026.
